Cory and Topanga and their kids are officially making their summer debut after more than a year of anticipation. Disney Channel has announced that Girl Meets World, the follow-up to beloved show Boy Meets World, will debut on June 27 at 9:45pm EST. Those with verified access to the WATCH Disney Channel streaming platform will be able to watch the premiere episodes beginning May 21. To ramp up anticipation for the show, Disney Channel will also have a Boy Meets World marathon on June 15.
Girl Meets World centers on the tween daughter (played by Rowan Blanchard) of Topanga and Cory and is set in New York City. From Boy Meets World creator Michael Jacobs, besides featuring Cory (Ben Savage) and Topanga (Danielle Fishel), the show will see a number of familiar faces returning in guest star roles such as Rider Strong and Lee Norris.
