When I first saw the trailer for Warner Brothers' Project X, I was immediately hooked.  Who doesn't want to get invited to a party of epic proportions?  And yes, by all means, this party was EPIC!

The story (as if it even matters) is centered on three high school senior who have struggled to make a name for themselves over the last four years.  But when Thomas' parents head out of town during his 18th birthday weekend, the trio decide to make a statement.  And how do you make a statement of mass proportions?  You give the people something they can't forget: the biggest and baddest party they have ever heard of.

It goes without saying that Project X is insanity fun to watch as it crosses every line with ruthless determination. I give everyone involved major props for not creating your typical clichéd high school party movie where everyone gets drunk and loses their virginity.  Here you feel a sense of authenticity as you find yourself thrown into a night of booze, drugs, offensive language, sex, and a load of irresponsible behavior.

Project X is not for the faint of heart.  It's funny, it's vulgar, it's a party!!!!  And for once, we are all invited!!!!!
