Summit Entertainment has just released a brand new clip from their upcoming Christmas Day thriller The Darkest Hour.
The film, which tells the story of five young people who find themselves stranded after a devastating alien attack, is set in Moscow and features some heavy special effects - all in the flavor of a third dimension.
The Darkest Hour stars Emile Hirsch, Olivia Thirlby, Max Minghella and Rachael Taylor and is directed by Chris Gorak. It hits theaters on Sunday, December 25, 2012.

I long to live in LA, where my movie obsession will actually help me fit in, but for now I am content with my home in Austin. I prefer indies to blockbusters, Longhorns to Sooners and Halloween to Friday the 13th. I miss the classics, as well as John Ritter, and I hope to one day sit down and interview the amazing Kate Winslet.
