A new poster by Matt Ryan Tobin has just been released for CBS Films' upcoming horror/vampire thriller Afflicted.
Written, directed and starring Derek Lee and Clif Prowse, Afflicted tells the story of two best friends who set off to travel the world together. Documenting their jourey for friends and family back home, everything starts out great as the duo head to some of Europe's most iconic landmarks. But their trip takes a turn towards the dark when an encounter with a woman in Paris leaves one of the afflicted - and friends back home worried for their safety.
Afflicted raised eyebrows at last year's Fantastic Fest where it won Best Picture (Horror), Best Screenplay (Horror) and Best Director (Horror). It is set for a theatrical and VOD release on April 4, 2014.

I see too many movies to actually win any film trivia contest, so don’t waste your first pick on me. My friends rent movies from my bookcase shelves, and one day I do plan to start charging. I long to live in LA, where my movie obsession will actually help me fit in, but for now I am content with my home in Austin. I prefer indies to blockbusters, Longhorns to Sooners and Halloween to Friday the 13th. I miss the classics, as well as John Ritter, and I hope to one day sit down and interview the amazing Kate Winslet.
