Branch and Poppy, aka Justin Timberlake and Anna Kendrick, make their colorful return to the big screen this holiday season for Trolls Band Together, another chapter in the wildly popular Trolls franchise.
In this installment, Branch and Poppy are finally, officially a couple, but that doesn’t mean Branch has revealed all about his past. In fact, he used to be a member of her favorite boyband, BroZone, with his four brothers: Floyd (Troye Sivan), John Dory (Eric Andre), Spruce (Daveed Diggs), and Clay (Kid Cudi). Even though the band is a distant memory to Branch, the band of brothers must reunite after Branch is kidnapped by pop star villains Velvet (Amy Schumer) and Veneer (Andrew Rannells).
With plenty of songs and imaginative, vibrant locations, Trolls Band Together isn’t looking to recreate the wheel, just provide more easy, poppy fun like its previous installments. If that wasn’t enough, the star-studded cast is sure to feature a favorite celeb, from Camila Cabello to Zooey Deschanel to Kenan Thompson, the names just keep stacking up.
And if that wasn’t enough, the big headline for the film is that in line with the plot, Justin Timberlake has reunited with his own boyband from the past, *NSYNC, to record their first new song in twenty years! Now millennial parents have even more of a reason to take their kids.
