Sorry, turns out you have at least two more years of watching NCIS with your parents. CBS announced Monday it has renewed the drama for two more seasons, which will be its 14th and 15th and keep the show on the air through 2018.
The baby-boomer-beloved show is the top rated broadcast drama in the U.S., averaging 20.47 million viewers in its 13th season. It has spawned two successful spinoffs, NCIS: Los Angeles and NCIS: New Orleans. The renewal notice comes alongside the announcement that star Mark Harmon has signed a new two-year deal of his own to remain on the successful drama. The show also stars Sean Murray, Brian Dietzen, Rocky Carroll, and Emily Wickersham.
NCIS airs Tuesday nights at 8pm on CBS.
