It has taken 10 years, two little Fockers with wife Pam  and countless hurdles for Greg to finally get "in" with his tightly wound father-in-law, Jack.  But times are tough and the cash-strapped dad is forced to take a job moonlighting for a drug company.  This situation does nothing but stir up drama as Jack's suspicions about his favorite male nurse come roaring back. When the entire clan, including Pam's "ex," Kevin, descends for the twins' tenth birthday party, Greg must prove that he's fully capable to be the man of the house. But with all the misunderstandings, spying and covert missions, will Greg pass Jack's final test and become the family's next patriarch?  Or will the circle of trust be broken for good?

It's hard to believe that Meet the Parents hit the big screen almost ten years ago.  A huge cast of hot comedic stars complimented a brilliant script that featured an all too familiar situation.  Little Fockers, the newest chapter in the story of Greg and Pam Focker, is not on the same level as what we are used to.  However, it is still one of the funniest movies I have seen all year, as we get to see Robert De Niro and Ben Stiller show us how great a duo they are.

On the whole Little Fockers was done quite well. Director Paul Weitz, along with writers John Hamburg and Larry Stuckey, made a film that can be enjoyed by the whole family. The laughs are instant and often as De Niro and Stiller work their characters to near perfection.  The addition of Jessica Alba as the seductive temptress is an appreciated addition, if only for the male viewers.

While most of the jokes in the movie are really funny, some gags do get repetitive. Most people will likely figure out what's going to happen before it does, but the film isn't meant to be a clever mystery.  Little Fockers is supposed to be funny, this minor flaw does nothing to deter from enjoying it to the fullest.

While I think Meet the Parents is still the best film in the franchise, I do believe Little Fockers to be a great addition. The movie is hysterically funny and an overall enjoyable watch. In a year filled with average family comedies it is nice to see one that finally entertains.
