Those of you who love the music in The Greatest Showman have a reason to get excited - Joseph Trapanese, the composer behind that film’s score, has just released his newest track for the upcoming Otto Bathurst directed and Taron Egerton starring Robin Hood.
The film, which follows Robin of Loxley and his Moorish commander as they revolt against the evil corruption that exists within the English crown, is said to be a modern take on the ageless classic. Complete with high energy fight sequences and helpless romance, the film appears to be a lot of fun and excitement, and the studio needed a score that could match the new take step for step.
In addition to Trapanese’s work on The Greatest Showman, the legendary composer has also crafted the scores for such high profile films as Tron: Legacy, Straight Outta Compton, and multiple entries in the Divergent franchise.
Check out the complete track list for the soundtrack below, which is currently available on all streaming platforms. The film itself will hit theaters Wednesday.
