The same year that Gilmore Girls ended in 2007, the iPhone was announced, the final Harry Potter book was released and the Writers Guild went on strike. We were left only to guess if DVDs might still be around in ten years.
While owning hard copies of your favorite entertainment might be less popular now, it is most definitely still a thing and Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life has answered the calls of clamoring fans. Now not only on Netflix, the Gilmore Girls revival hits store (ok let’s be real Amazon’s digital) shelves on November 28, 2017. Just in time for the holiday season!
Fans of the original show can complete their collection, whether that be DVD or Blu-Ray or digital. And, really, the design is already leaps and bounds better than the original complete series DVD design. Lorelai and Rory will be welcomed into homes across the world this November.
