Jesse Borrego has made a living on the small screen. Becoming a household name thanks to his work on the television show 'Fame,' Borrego continuously works to perfect his craft. In 2010, a mere 23 years after his official debut in the business, Borrego is still going strong - but a few changes have materialized, the most notable one being that he is now on the big screen, portraying Rene in Peter Bratt's newest project La Mission.
After seeing La Mission I really wanted to speak to one of the cast members about how a feature with such power had stayed under the radar for so long. San Antonio native Borrego called me Thursday and we got to have a great talk about all facets of the film.
