Chasing his own American Dream, Nick lands next door to a mysterious, party-giving millionaire, Jay Gatsby, and across the bay from his cousin, Daisy, and her philandering, blue-blooded husband, Tom Buchanan. It is thus that Nick is drawn into the captivating world of the super rich, their illusions, loves and deceits.

With the upcoming release of Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore, I half expected the original Cats & Dogs to be released in HD, if for no other reason than to use modern technology to attempt to increase anticipation for the sequel. I honestly never saw the 2001 hit (if you want to consider it that), and I now know why. A lackluster plot, cheesy humor, and a ridiculous 'twist' of events all prove unwatchable, making the film a borefest from start to finish.

Over the last few years, war has become a popular theme in motion cinema. In an effort to show the emotional side- effects of fighting, films have presented nearly every viewpoint, both tragic and heroic. Consequentially, when it was announced that Lionsgate was releasing Brothers, I didn't pay much attention - until I saw the trailer.
