Around this time last year, movie fans were greeted with We Own the Night, a cop drama starring the likes of Joaquin Phoenix, Mark Wahlberg and Robert Duval. In that film, cops were all good and courageous as they walk the streets at night, cracking down on drugs and illegal activity, all for the safety of the presumed innocent. With Pride and Glory, we get another take on cops as they are portrayed as corrupt rule breakers, willing to do anything to make ends meat.
